pack-notes.txt	Restructure AXCrew into an apps/crates product monorepo Organise the repository around the product instead of around a single crate, and split the two overloaded backend files. No behaviour change: the REST routes, the CrewEvent envelope, the ACP contract, the SQLite file format and the configuration format are all untouched, and no version was bumped. Repository layout - The root becomes a Cargo workspace whose only member is crates/server. The Tauri shell stays its own project and is excluded, so it keeps its own lockfile, target directory and rust-version. - desktop/ -> apps/desktop/, android/ -> apps/android/. - desktop/scripts/ -> scripts/, DESIGN.md -> docs/architecture/design.md, android/MIGRATION.md -> docs/architecture/android-migration.md. - docs/ gains architecture/, protocol/ and development/ indexes, and AGENTS.md records the structure map and where each kind of change belongs. crates/server - main.rs (1503 lines) becomes a 22-line bootstrap plus app.rs, error.rs, auth/, config/ and api/ split one module per resource. - db.rs (1384 lines) becomes domain/ (pure models and the schedule maths), storage/ (sqlite.rs, migrations.rs, schema.sql) and storage/repositories/ grouped by aggregate. Only storage/ names rusqlite, and domain/ no longer depends on SQLite. - scheduler.rs and approval.rs move to orchestration/, joined by orchestration/crew.rs for the pure crew validation that used to sit in storage. - transport.rs becomes transport/{mod,ax,device}.rs, gateway.rs becomes gateway/, local_ax.rs becomes ax/{mod,usage}.rs. Paths - Updated the Cargo manifests, the packaging and launch scripts, the desktop npm scripts, .gitignore, every README and docs cross-reference, and the desktop's CARGO_MANIFEST_DIR-relative lookup of the backend and AX binaries. Verified: cargo fmt --check, cargo check --workspace, cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets (the same 8 pre-existing warnings, no new ones), cargo test --workspace (15/15), desktop npm run build and 111 UI tests, Android assembleDebug plus unit tests, a build of the Tauri shell, and the gateway_socket / workspace_recovery / model_catalog process tests.	1 个月前
