refactor(build): decouple MNN and llama.cpp as optional engines Remove auto-detection of MNN and llama.cpp from submodule paths. Both engines now default to OFF and require explicit opt-in via cmake flags: -DENABLE_MNN_PLUGIN=ON -DMNN_ROOT=/path/to/MNN -DENABLE_LLAMACPP_PLUGIN=ON -DLLAMACPP_ROOT=/path/to/llama.cpp Build scripts (harmonyos/android/ios) enable MNN by default.
