docs: 修正开发验证包头文件范围说明

README.md 当前将 build.sh --pkg 描述为只包含 AICore 头文件。制包脚本会递归收集 include/ 和 src/ 中的 .h 文件：Hcomm 头文件安装到 adv_api，其余头文件安装到 comm_api。

请更新 README，准确说明该范围，同时保留“不包含 SO”的信息。这是文档修改，不改变包内容或安装行为。

验证：包测试统计四组头文件，并检查 ccu/ccu_host_launch.h 会被打包到 comm_api。
