变更摘要

本 PR 修正 AICPU 数据面控制面源码目录探测逻辑的候选路径集合。在未显式指定 ASCCOMM_CONTROL_PLANE_SOURCE_DIR 时，原候选路径在 asc-comm 处于嵌套目录、hcomm 位于其上一级的构建布局下探测失败，会回退到随仓自包含头，与真实控制面契约不一致。此次调整仅涉及候选路径的增删，未改动其它构建逻辑。

主要改动

• 移除失效候选路径: 删除已不存在的 ../hcomm_pkg_inc 候选路径（历史 pkg_inc 单独分发形态），避免无效探测。
• 新增嵌套布局候选路径: 补充 ../../hcomm，覆盖 asc-comm 位于嵌套目录、hcomm 位于其上一级的构建布局。
• 回退与校验逻辑保持不变: 控制面契约头 pkg_inc/hcomm/hcomm_res_entity_defs.h 的存在性校验与回退逻辑维持原状。
• 平铺布局行为不变: 原有平铺同级布局候选 ../hcomm 的探测行为不受影响，仅扩展了嵌套布局的命中范围。
