include/c_api/reg_compute/reg_convert.h头文件自1680行之后大量API已经标记为废弃，但是对应的docs/zh/api/SIMD-API/c_api/reg/data_type_convert内文档并未更新为废弃，可能会影响用户误使用已废弃API
