asc_get_sub_block_num 当前实现直接返回 get_subblockdim()。但在 AIC 核上不存在 sub block 切分，sub block 数应恒为 1，而 get_subblockdim() 在 AIC 场景下不会返回 1，导致上层拿到错误的 sub block 数量，可能引起后续按 sub block 划分任务/数据时的逻辑异常（如分块数量偏大、地址计算越界或结果错误）。

1. 在 AIC 核代码路径中调用 asc_get_sub_block_num()；
2. 观察返回值，与预期值 1 不一致（实际返回 get_subblockdim() 的结果）。

• 当前核为 AIC 时，asc_get_sub_block_num() 应返回 1；
• 当前核为 AIV 时，保持原行为，返回 get_subblockdim()。
