描述
docs/quick_start.md 中关于场景三：官网手动安装 CANN的相关描述不够清晰，用户难以依据现有说明完成 CANN 软件包的正确安装。
解决方案
修改了docs/quick_start.md文件，将原文中两处“社区版”的表述统一更新为更通用的“最新版”。同时，在“场景2：体验已发布版本能力”部分，新增了从CANN官网下载中心选择并下载软件包的详细步骤说明，包括如何定位版本、选择产品系列和CPU架构，完善了手动安装流程的指导。
