1.比较了build.sh -t全量执行ut与使用--test_part选项执行的区别，--test_part将原先未执行到的UT任务进行补充添加
2.对于之前arm环境偶先出错的UT增加进行线上看护
3.OTA二进制拦截去除对.png的拦截
