该 PR 为合入 9.1.0 商分分支的文档更新，主要修复 SIMT 相关 API 列表文档的显示问题：一方面转义 __sad、__usad 描述中的绝对值竖线符号，避免 Markdown 将其误识别为表格列分隔符而导致描述显示不全；另一方面补齐 SIMT_programming_intro/api_list.md 与 SIMD_SIMT_hybrid_programming_intro/api_list.md 中 __high2half、normcdfinvf 描述缺失的句号。
主要改动
__sad与__usad描述显示修复: 将描述中的绝对值符号|x - y|+z修改为\|x - y\|+z，对竖线进行转义，避免 Markdown 将|识别为表格列分隔符，从而解决描述显示不全的问题。SIMT_programming_intro/api_list.md句号补齐: 为__high2half和normcdfinvf两个 API 的描述补充缺失的句号，使文档表述完整。SIMD_SIMT_hybrid_programming_intro/api_list.md句号补齐: 同样为__high2half和normcdfinvf两个 API 的描述补充缺失的句号，保持两份 API 列表文档的一致性。
