描述
将PR 6239中的Fill样例修复移植到9.2.0分支。为B1分配独立的L1 Buffer地址，避免与A1重叠；使用MTE2_MTE1事件同步，保证Fill写入L1完成后再由LoadData读取。

git diff --check通过；使用CANN 9.2.0工具链编译dav-3510样例通过。未运行NPU、CPU或SIM测试。
