本 PR 为文档产品名称整改，属于 #6524 按目录拆分后的等价子集，改动范围限定在 docs/zh/api/SIMD-API/c_api/ 目录下的 C API 文档。依据产品名称映射表，将文档中出现的各类产品名称统一收敛为规范写法：Ascend 950PR/Ascend 950DT 系列统一为「Ascend 950PR&950DT系列产品」及其英文形式，Atlas A2/A3 的训练与推理系列合并为 Atlas A2系列产品 / Atlas A3系列产品（英文 Atlas A2/A3 products），Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品与 Atlas 推理/训练系列产品去除多余空格，并将同名并列对按合并语义收敛为单一规范名。改动仅涉及产品名称文本，未触及图片路径与文件链接，文件名、接口名等代码标识符保持不变。

主要改动

• Ascend 950 系列名称统一: 将 Ascend 950PR / Ascend 950DT 及其衍生、简写、带空格或斜杠的变体统一替换为 Ascend 950PR&950DT系列产品（英文 Ascend 950PR&950DT products）。
• Atlas A2/A3 系列名称合并: 将 Atlas A2、A3 的训练系列产品与推理系列产品合并表述为 Atlas A2系列产品、Atlas A3系列产品，英文统一为 Atlas A2/A3 products。
• 推理/训练类产品名称去空格: 将 Atlas 200I/500 A2 推理产品 及 AI Core / Vector Core 场景下的 Atlas 推理/训练系列产品名称去除多余空格。
• 同名并列对收敛: 对同名并列的重复写法（如 Atlas A3 products/Atlas A3 products）按合并语义收敛为单一规范名 Atlas A3 products。
• 改动范围限定: 整改只覆盖 docs/zh/api/SIMD-API/c_api/ 目录下文档的产品名称文本，图片路径与文件链接未做任何改动。

🤖 本次改动均为数据 / 生成 / 二进制文件（如测试用例、锁文件、媒体资源），没有可审查的代码逻辑，已跳过 AI 代码审查。
