本 PR 为文档更新，修正 IBSet 与 IBWait 两个接口文档中关于 gmWorkspace 空间申请的约束说明（对应 issue 1822），并同步 docs/zh/api/SIMD-API/basic_api/sync_control/inter_core_sync/IBSet.md、docs/zh/api/SIMD-API/basic_api/sync_control/inter_core_sync/IBWait.md 两个文件。原说明仅给出简化公式，未明确 eventStride、eventID 与 blockIdx 之间的取值关系，容易导致用户在多事件同步或 MIX 模式下误算 gmWorkspace 空间大小。本次参考 PR6590 中已确认的说明，补充 gmWorkspace 空间计算公式、eventStride 取值规则，以及 AIVOnly 模式下多事件同步场景的计算示例，帮助用户按同步事件和逻辑 AIV 索引正确申请空间。

主要改动

• 补充 gmWorkspace 空间计算公式：在 IBSet、IBWait 文档中新增核间同步所需的 gmWorkspace 空间计算公式，替换原先只给出简化公式的说明。
• 明确 eventStride 取值规则：补充 eventStride 的取值规则说明，明确其与同步事件数量/索引的关系。
• 明确 eventID 与 blockIdx 的取值关系：说明核间同步场景下 eventID 与 blockIdx 之间的取值关系，避免用户自行推断出错。
• 新增 AIVOnly 模式多事件同步计算示例：给出 AIVOnly 模式下多事件同步场景的空间计算示例，便于用户按同步事件和逻辑 AIV 索引正确申请空间。

🤖 本次改动均为数据 / 生成 / 二进制文件（如测试用例、锁文件、媒体资源），没有可审查的代码逻辑，已跳过 AI 代码审查。
