新增独立
fused_recurrent_kda_replayssmverify 算子：读取只读 FP32 checkpoint，返回 BF16 输出，并写入后续 Commit 使用的独立 FP16 U/K、FP32 decay 记录。支持 BSND/BNSD/TND、变长 TND 和当前 stream 配额内的 8/24/28/32 核选择，未使用的记录后缀保持原值。同步算子 README、根目录索引、K3 native catalog 和 CI 注册。递推计算与源提交
374d6d4一致；Channel 实例声明状态切片占位属性，实际取槽时机保持。公开A_log参数及图 schema 保持；输入校验和布局转换使用具名对象及独立辅助函数，图替代注册使用torch.compiler公开接口。精度测试使用独立 CPU FP32 reference，覆盖三种布局、32/64/128 行分块、跨 wave、checkpoint 只读和 Commit 互操作。验证：CANNBot-DSL 0.7.1、CANN 9.2.0、Ascend 950；只保留 3 个布局精度 case 和 1 个最小全量精度 case，共 4 项通过。本轮校验及布局转换整理前后的实参、stride 和主要报错一致；CPU oracle 逐位一致。Native catalog/staging 测试通过；flat import 与 native export 标记检查通过。精度容差
atol=rtol=0.005，只读及未使用区域为零容差。测试设备兼容：显式核数用例通过公开 SDK
get_platform_info(stream=...)读取当前 stream 的有效 AIC 配额，超过配额时在 CPU golden、replay 缓冲区分配和算子启动前明确跳过；可用核数及自动选核用例继续执行。生产算子的核数校验保持原样。新增本地核数边界验证：模拟 available/requested 为 8/24、24/28、24/32、28/32 的 4 项检查均通过；PR 原有 4 项 NPU 精度回归通过（DSL 0.7.1、CANN 9.2、Ascend 950，47.77 秒）。本地边界验证脚本未上传。
CodeCheck 整改：删除测试对算子私有
_device_block_num的调用，改用 SDK 公开接口，消除新增 G.CLS.11 告警。4 项核数边界/stream 检查及 4 项 NPU 精度回归通过；已触发新提交复检。
