knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/compilation/cpp_standard_support_and_syntax_restrictions.md：依据 asc-devkit 固定提交e680c34c09ba6919b3cebd2b7ec027f4ff6f0f22的docs/zh/guide/technical_appendix/cpp_standard_support/overview.md与cpp_language_restrictions/general_restrictions.md，将 Device 默认标准校正为 C++17，补充 bisheng-std/--std和 CMakeCMAKE_ASC_STANDARD，并区分纯 SIMT 运行时递归、SIMD/SIMT 混合编程限制、POD kernel 入参、SIMT VF 地址空间和结构体限制。knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/compilation/deprecated_interface_detection_and_replacement.md：依据同一提交的docs/zh/api/appendix/deprecated_interface.md及配套 C API 文档，区分接口级废弃清单、基础 API 命名变更表和ASC_DEPRECATED声明告警；替换时按旧重载、产品范围和目标签名核对，并重新验证asc_sync()的全流水同步语义、编译、依赖顺序、数值和性能。knowledge/ops/ascendc/runbooks/compilation/index.md，同步两张 Runbook 的中文摘要和直接导航；新增logs/2026-10-28.md记录本次知识内容。e680c34c09ba6919b3cebd2b7ec027f4ff6f0f22；本次仅新增两张 compilation Runbook 并同步直属索引和当天日志，不修改治理规则、Skill、API 镜像或其他知识主题。来源包括上述 C++ 标准与语法文档、Lambda 表达式文档、废弃接口清单、命名变更表和asc_sync()接口文档。变更类型
