新增 515 张 Runtime API 草稿卡，覆盖 23 类接口，来源固定到 Runtime
b523035a08ef573b6bc476c8ab2a34733ba069a4，补齐 26 个导航索引及 3 条代表性检索场景。关联 知识 Issue #74，所需标签登记 PR !184 已合入。卡片提供平台范围、功能标签、固定版本来源及头文件定位，区分 C/C++ 接口；跨 API 引用使用知识卡链接，类型引用定位到固定源码声明。批量复制卡明确 RTS 批量调用、属性分组起点与边界、整批 H2D/D2H 方向以及锁页/非锁页 Host 内存的完成语义；7 张内存池卡、5 张异常处理卡及 6 张快照卡统一说明试验特性、后续版本可能变更和不支持生产环境；
aclrtReserveMemAddress的试验特性限制仅适用于非空expectPtr、由用户指定起始地址的场景。aclrtSynchronizeStream明确特殊状态的 INFO 日志不改变返回值，对应非零状态码仍原样返回。本 PR 基于源端
76db22e9，保持一个 commit：8267117c。卡片均为 draft；修改范围为知识卡、导航、检索用例和10 月 30 日简短日志。验证
本次按作者要求不运行本地测试、Lint、检索或
check.sh。当前提交已触发 CI 流水线，结果以该流水线为准。
