PR #183 将模型知识的来源改为
cann-recipes-raw/...，但 CI 使用目标分支的治理与工具，只叠加 PR 的knowledge/和logs/。同一知识 PR 中的来源登记尚未合入，因此 LQC 等卡片报source.resource和link.outside_bundle。本 PR 先行登记 10 个 Recipes 及依赖仓，每仓只绑定一个与 #183 一致的固定提交，并拆出必要的资源恢复、工作项解析、忽略规则、文档和接受/拒绝回归。模型知识正文更新继续由 #183 交付。
验证：
bash check.sh完整单测 425 项，422 通过、1 跳过、2 项与目标分支完全相同的既有文档失败（Spec 数量约定、375 条 Markdown 结构问题）；后续轨迹测试、运行手册硬约束、Ruff、Shell 语法和归档 diff-check 独立通过。合入顺序：先合入本 PR，再合入 #183。
