修复 PR #158（!158）中
aicpu_debug_interface_boundaries.md被误放至knowledge/runtime/runbooks/runtime/的路径错误。assert、printf、DataStoreBarrier的调用域、Dump 预算与写可见性边界，属于 AscendC 调试诊断，与同目录的 Kernel 调试接口路由矩阵互为补集，应归入knowledge/contrib/ascendc/runbooks/runtime/。git mv迁移知识卡，并修正正文 7 处ops/ascendc/相对链接（上跳层级 +1）与 1 处同目录 Kernel 路由矩阵链接。contrib/ascendc/runbooks/runtime/index.md（新增条目）与contrib/ascendc/runbooks/index.md（卡片数 4→5）。knowledge/runtime/runbooks/目录及两级索引，更新knowledge/runtime/index.md。logs/2026-10-31.md。变更类型
验证
contrib/ascendc/runbooks/runtime/aicpu_debug_interface_boundaries在 950 平台排第 1。bash check.sh的知识校验（Lint/索引/build/verify/检索质量门/模型 scope 用例）均通过；单元测试步骤因环境缺少已固定来源 checkout（cann-ops-raw 等）而失败，与本变更无关。
