先让目标分支识别
knowledge/contrib/ascendc/optimizations/...路径；本 PR 合入后，再更新知识 PR #19。验证
knowledge/contrib/ascendc/optimizations/argreduce/icamin.md。knowledge/contrib/ops/ascendc/...路径仍被拒绝。governance/schemas/registries.yaml。
