PR 概要：将 ascendc-port-orchestrator 插件 kb/okf 的 672 张 OKF v1 卡迁移为 OKF v0.2，迁移后按全面审查处置（2 处内容回灌、67 张子集卡合并删除、标注/平台修正、151 张样板清理、同步官方归档修复 5 张预存镜像卡），最终有效 605 张（383 stable / 222 draft）。
本地校验：全库 lint P0=0、archive verify 全过、Query 索引重建 verify full 通过、检索回归 29 例全 PASS（recall/MRR=1.000）。逐条处置理由与验证证据见 logs/2026-09-16.md，遗留决策项（soc=all 转 agnostic、ol_47 证据强度、p95 阈值）已列在 PR 描述。

@ariel_zjl 感谢本次 ascendc-port-orchestrator 知识迁移。我们复核后认为迁移内容本身可以接受，目前只需要收敛 PR 的变更范围。
本 PR 为通过全库检查执行了 fixed_archive_docs.py sync，随当前官方文档归档更新了 423 张既有 API/Guide 镜像卡。例如 get_ge_glu_max_min_tmp_size.md 的修改与本次迁移没有直接关系，但是因为上游与本PR无关文档的更新，出发了无关知识卡的更新。这些官方知识卡本应由维护团队通过专项升级统一处理，不应混入其他知识迁移 PR。
出现这种情况也与仓库当前的贡献机制有关：检查流程会获取滚动更新的官方文档，并可能用已有卡片与最新来源的差异阻断 Query 构建；同时仓库没有充分说明受管知识的修改权限。这部分机制我们后续会完善，不要求你在本 PR 中解决。
还请麻烦在本 PR 中：
- 保留 ascendc-port-orchestrator 迁移产生的知识卡及必要索引；
- 撤销其他与 ascendc-port-orchestrator 迁移无关的知识卡修改，例如 fixed_archive_docs.py sync 产生的既有 API/Guide 卡修改及其派生索引变更；
- 相应调整日志，不再将官方文档镜像同步作为本 PR 的工作内容；
- 如果撤销后全量检查仍被已有 platform.source_mismatch 阻断，请在验证结果中记录该基线问题即可，由维护团队另开专项 PR 处理。
完成上述范围收敛后，本 PR 没有其他必须修改的问题。感谢理解和支持~

- ✅ 日志已调整：撤销 sync 相关工作记录，范围收敛过程记入 logs/2026-09-17.md
- ✅ 基线问题已记录：5 张预存镜像卡 platform.source_mismatch 及 fixed_archive verify 缺卡报错均确认为 HEAD 已存在的基线问题，本 PR 迁移卡 lint 零 P0（全库仅余该 5 个基线 P0）

将 ascendc-port-orchestrator 插件 kb/okf 的 672 张 OKF v1 卡迁移为 OKF v0.2（sources 固定到 cannbot-skills bb96c9c5），落位 guides/examples/concepts/optimizations/runbooks/common platforms；handbook 2 张官方镜像性质卡 defer。迁移后按全面审查处置：2 处内容回灌、67 张子集/重复卡合并删除、标注与平台修正约 24 张、151 张样板清理、7 处过时注记改仓内链接、1 处检索回归用例查询词调整。最终有效 605 张（383 stable / 222 draft）。
变更范围
仅包含迁移产生的知识卡、必要索引、日志与 1 处检索回归用例修正。不含任何既有官方 API/Guide 镜像卡的修改。
基线问题（HEAD 已存在，本 PR 未处理）
apis/simd_api/c_api/ 下 5 张官方镜像卡 platform.source_mismatch（asc_disable_hf32、asc_set_gm2l1_padding、asc_set_l0c_copy_config、asc_set_l0c_copy_lrelu_alpha、asc_set_l12l0a_3d_padding）：检查流程获取滚动更新的官方文档归档导致镜像卡与最新来源的平台范围不一致，全库 lint 与 Query 索引重建被其阻断，fixed_archive_docs verify 亦报缺卡。已按评审意见记录为基线问题，待维护团队专项升级镜像时统一修复（详见 logs/2026-09-17.md）。
