Build Git Reference inventories from the pinned commit tree
reference_inventory.py inventoryrecordsHEADbut reads source entries from the Git index. After a file edit is staged without a new commit, it can associate a blob absent from the recorded commit with that commit; verification then accepts the same index state. This makes the source evidence inaccurate and non-reproducible.Inventory and verification now read the tree of the recorded commit. A production-CLI regression covers clean and staged states and checks that the receipt contains the committed blob ID. The focused source-resource suite passed (34 tests, 1 unavailable-source skip), Ruff 0.15.22 passed, and
