描述
对齐 cannbot-skills PR1360 的目录迁移与设计输入契约，将官方
ops-direct-invoke工作流使用的六个cannbot-dsl-*Skill 从community/ops/改为ops/。修改范围
cannbot-dsl-env-checkcannbot-dsl-op-designcannbot-dsl-unit-plannercannbot-dsl-test-generatorcannbot-dsl-best-practicecannbot-dsl-code-reviewervendor/cannbot-skills/ops/cannbot-dsl-*，保持 Skill 名称、安装 ID、角色和工作流拓扑不变。ops-design-paradigms已由 skills PR1359 迁入ops/。本次迁移完成后，直调插件的外部 Skill 来源不再包含community/。cannbot-dsl-op-design提供规格文件路径、环境、API 文档、SoC 信息及上述资料；工作流仍使用design/doc/spec.yaml，公共 Skill 不再依赖这个固定文件名。范围边界与配套版本
ops-direct-invoke及其安装回归的 5 个文件修改；不修改ops-perf-evolution、跨代迁移插件、全局 marketplace SHA 或子模块固定版本。master，无需为了使用最新 Skill 手动提交子模块指针。指定--skills <SHA|path>时，调用方应选择包含迁移的兼容版本。打包则使用 vendor 当前检出的版本，不自动获取最新分支。d091d056dd1aa06ffd2d0f116c582cdf53f29bfb，未将该 SHA 固定到本仓。关联的 Issue / PR
测试
git diff --check：通过。python3 plugins-official/ops-direct-invoke/skills/ops-direct-invoke-maintain/test/ut/test_all.py：5 类、36 项全部通过。assemblePlugins仅构建ops-direct-invoke，随后运行node --test --test-name-pattern='ops-direct-invoke' script/test/install.test.js：11 项通过，覆盖五客户端 × 源码/打包安装及统一 init。node --test script/test/skills-source.test.js script/test/harness.test.js：36 项全部通过，覆盖版本选择、来源更新、安装与工作流调度接口。SKILL.md名称，无community/来源；六个 DSL Skill 与范式 Skill 的 251 个非入口资源与打包副本逐字节一致。cannbot-dsl-docs-search调用或合并冲突标记。以上为本 PR 范围内的安装、资源与接口验证，不代表全仓构建通过，也不代表真实模型/NPU 完整 DSL 开发验收通过。未扩展处理其他插件的依赖问题。
文档更新
ops-direct-invoke/README.md：迁移说明、自动更新与显式版本选择边界、API 文档来源。ops-direct-invoke入口SKILL.md：统一到正式ops/来源。QUICKSTART.md：已核对，保持原有正确的统一 init 用法。类型标签
