• C++ 示例中路径常量更新：在 dual_level_quant_mx_batch_matmul.cpp 中将 kDataRoot 从 "examples/ascend950_dual_level_quant_mx_batch_matmul/data" 更新为 "examples/63_ascend950_dual_level_quant_mx_batch_matmul/data"；类似地，在 fp8_mx_grouped_matmul_slice_m_swiglu_mx_quant.cpp 中将 kExampleRoot 更新为带 65_ 前缀的新路径，确保编译后的可执行文件能正确定位数据目录。
• Python 辅助脚本中算子名修正：在 gen_data_compare.py 中将 op_name 从 "ascend950_fp8_mx_grouped_matmul_finalize_routing" 改为 "71_ascend950_fp8_mx_grouped_matmul_finalize_routing"，以保证生成的可执行文件路径与 CMake 构建输出一致。
• 新增 optest 测试用例：为三个样例分别新增 test_63_ascend950_dual_level_quant_mx_batch_matmul.py、test_65_ascend950_fp8_mx_grouped_matmul_slice_m_swiglu_mx_quant.py 和 test_71_ascend950_fp8_mx_grouped_matmul_finalize_routing.py，通过 pytest.mark.skipif 限定仅在 Ascend950 设备上执行，覆盖了输出 shape/dtype/device 校验以及与 golden 参考值的精度/字节匹配对比。
