本次 PR 为纯文档变更，针对算子 Tiling 文件的命名规范进行了补充说明。主要在 CONTRIBUTING.md 和 docs/zh/install/dir_structure.md 中明确了 op_host 目录下 Tiling 实现文件的命名规则：文件名必须包含特定标识，否则编译系统无法识别；同时针对子场景（如特定架构 arch35）拆分 Tiling 实现时的命名要求也做了规定。
主要改动
CONTRIBUTING.md新增 Tiling 命名规则：在算子目录结构章节中补充了子场景 Tiling 文件的命名规范说明和交叉引用，明确参与编译的 Tiling 文件须在文件名中包含特定标识。docs/zh/install/dir_structure.md同步更新：同步补充了 Tiling 文件命名的注意事项，与CONTRIBUTING.md保持一致。

描述
补充算子 Tiling 文件命名规范说明：
_tiling标识（如${op_name}_tiling.cpp、${op_name}_tiling_${sub_case}.cpp），否则不会被编译系统识别关联的Issue
