一、问题描述 （必填）

正式版 math/atan2 算子未注册 GE 图层的 InferShape 和 InferDataType：

• op_host 目录下没有 atan2_infershape.cpp / inferdtype 相关实现；
• op_graph/atan2_proto.h 中 REG_OP(Atan2) 仅声明了 INPUT/OUTPUT 和 TensorType，未注册 INFER_FUNC/INFER_DTYPE；
• op_host/atan2_def.cpp 只注册了 OpDef 的 dtype/format 支持列表，未注册任何推断函数。

影响

• 图编译/静态 shape 推导场景下，Atan2 缺少输出 shape 和 dtype 的显式推断，无法保证广播语义下输出 shape 正确推导；
• 与 math 目录下同类算子（atan、acos、add_v2、zeta 等均注册 IMPL_OP_INFERSHAPE）不一致。
