描述

将 PR #5897（5 处 G.CNS.03 成员函数 const 修饰）回移植到 9.2.0 分支，共 8 个文件 +10/-10，声明与定义同步修改：

G.CNS.03 ×1	strided_slice_v2_aicpu.h/.cpp	`CheckParam` 补充 `const`
G.CNS.03 ×2	trans_data_aicpu.h/.cpp	`DealData`/`PaddingTwo` 补充 `const`（保留 9.2.0 声明形参名，仅加 const）
G.CNS.03 ×1	real_div_aicpu.h/.cpp	`RealDivSameTypeCompute` 补充 `const`
G.CNS.03 ×1	mul_aicpu.h/.cpp	`MulSameTypeCompute` 补充 `const`

与 master 的差异：trans_data_aicpu.h 的 DealData 声明在 9.2.0 上保留本分支形参名（input_Data/out_put_tensor），仅追加 const；master 上 GetPaddingOneShape 的 const 来自另一提交，不在本次回移植范围。

未包含项

trans_data 的 DispatchDealData G.CNS.04 ×3：维持误报结论（同 PR #5856/#5897）；
strided_slice 的 G.EXP.27 ×4：由 #3267 另行跟进。

验证

二进制级对比（父提交 9c7c1c0f8 vs 本提交 502bd4eee，同编译参数 g++ -O2 -std=c++14）：4 个改动 TU 的全部非符号节（共 4598 节，含 trans_data 4 个 _ZN→_ZNK 重命名节配对比对）逐字节相同，符号差异仅为 5 处 const 化函数修饰名——零功能影响；
CI 流水线待跑。
