本 PR 为纯文档修复，目标是消除文档目录说明与 aclnn 接口索引之间的不一致。具体包括在 docs/README.md 的目录结构说明中补充 ops_precision_standard（算子精度标准）条目，以及在 docs/zh/menu_aclnn_api.md 中修正 aclnnDropoutV3Tensor 索引条目名称的拼写错误，使索引链接文本与目标文档名保持一致。

• 补充算子精度标准目录说明: 在 docs/README.md 的 Docs 目录结构说明中新增 ops_precision_standard 一行，标注为“算子精度标准”，使目录描述与实际文档结构对齐。
• 修正 aclnn 索引条目名称: 在 docs/zh/menu_aclnn_api.md 中将 aclnnDropoutV3Tenosr 更正为 aclnnDropoutV3Tensor，链接目标路径未变，仅修复显示名称的拼写错误。
• 统一文档与索引一致性: 两处改动分别针对目录说明和接口索引，消除文档描述与实际索引/目录之间的偏差。
