本 PR 为纯文档/注释修正，不涉及可执行逻辑变更，主要修复 math/asinh 与 math/cdist 两个算子中注释与代码实际行为不一致的问题。math/asinh/op_host/asinh_def.cpp 的 dtype 支持范围注释由“仅 FP32 完整实现、FP16/BF16 迭代二落地”更新为 FP32、FP16、BF16 均已实现；math/cdist/op_host/arch35/cdist_tiling_arch35.cpp 修正了 DoTiling() 中关于高精度（HL）fp32 平面 UB 预留的规模描述，使元素数量与显存占用说明同实际预留逻辑保持一致。

主要改动

• asinh dtype 范围注释更新: 将 asinh_def.cpp 头部注释从“迭代一范围：仅 FP32 完整实现；FP16/BF16 在迭代二落地”改为“FP32、FP16、BF16 均已实现”，使 dtype 说明与当前实现状态一致。
• 保留 DataType 列表声明说明: 注释中继续说明 DataType 列表声明 3 个 dtype 是为了保证 TilingKey 接口稳定，仅去除与迭代阶段相关的过时表述。
• 修正 HL fp32 平面元素数注释: cdist_tiling_arch35.cpp 中 DoTiling() 的注释由 x1exp + diff 各 4096 元素修正为各 8192 元素，与实际计算平面规模对齐。
• 补全平面 UB 占用与总量描述: 将原来的“32KB”说明细化为每平面 32KB、两平面共 64KB，并保留其与 fp32 M-split 累加器余量共同预留以避免大 P·R tile 下 UB 溢出的语义。
