Issues Section（问题文档片段）

1. QUICKSTART.md 运行样例命令 bash build.sh --run_example add_example eager cust --vendor_name=custom 未携带 --soc 参数，且未说明其须与编译算子包时取值一致。
2. compile.md 末尾无 FAQ 章节，缺少安装权限不足场景的处理指引。
3. CONTRIBUTING.md 算子交付件树缺少子场景 Tiling 文件（${op_name}_tiling_${sub_case}.cpp/.h）；dir_structure.md 的 op_host 目录树缺少 Tiling 交付件说明。

Existing Issues（存在的问题）

1. QUICKSTART.md：按文档运行样例时若 --soc 与编译时不一致，会报 error 161001（如 aclnnXxxGetWorkspaceSize failed），文档未提示该约束，问题难以定位；单算子/整库/离线编译的场景指引分散，缺少统一入口。
2. compile.md：安装自定义 run 包提示权限不足时，缺少 --install-path / sudo -E 的处理指引。
3. CONTRIBUTING.md / dir_structure.md：cmake/func.cmake 通过 file(GLOB ... *_tiling*.cpp) 收集 Tiling 源文件参与编译，不含 _tiling 的文件不会被 glob 命中因而静默不编译，该命名约束及子场景 Tiling 可选交付件均未在文档中披露。
