描述
修改了reliability/matmul_abft_verify/op_host/CMakeLists.txt以及reliability/matmul_abft_verify/CMakeLists.txt
在reliability/matmul_abft_verify/CMakeLists.txt中，更新了2026年的Copyright
在reliability/matmul_abft_verify/op_host/CMakeLists.txt中，替换显式链接为ops-ras仓内提供的高层级接口，同时令二进制配置json能够依据def.cpp自动生成
修复了在新版本的cann中编译出错的问题
