变更摘要
本次变更针对 .gitcode/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature-request.yml 中的英文文案错误进行修正，属于文档/模板层面的文字修复，不涉及流程逻辑改动。修改了 Issue 模板正文提示语中的冠词用法，以及背景信息字段的标签拼写，使模板文案表达更准确、规范。
主要改动
- 修正模板提示语冠词: 将
markdown类型的value提示语中的Thanks for sending an requirement!改为Thanks for sending a requirement!，修正冠词用法错误。 - 修正背景信息字段标签拼写: 将
textarea的label由Backgroud（背景信息）改为Background（背景信息），修正单词拼写错误，保留其中文说明不变。
