变更摘要
本次变更属于文档修正，目的是让中英文安装编译文档中的自定义算子包激活命令与实际产物目录保持一致。文档指导执行的 source ${install_path}/vendors/${vendor_name}/bin/set_env.bash 路径缺少 _ras 后缀，而 cmake/variables.cmake 中的 VENDOR_PACKAGE_NAME 被设为 ${VENDOR_NAME}_ras，并经 cmake/package.cmake 传给 npu_op_package 的 VENDOR_NAME，因此实际 vendor 目录带 _ras 后缀，按原文执行会找不到脚本、导致 ASCEND_CUSTOM_OPP_PATH 未被配置。此改动将激活命令中的 vendor 目录统一改为 ${vendor_name}_ras，同时保留原有安装根目录约定。
主要改动
- 中文文档激活路径修正: 在
docs/zh/install/compile.md中将source激活命令的vendor目录由${vendor_name}改为${vendor_name}_ras，使其指向真实存在的set_env.bash。 - 英文文档激活路径修正: 在
docs/en/install/compile.md中做同样修改，使英文指引的激活命令与_ras后缀目录保持一致。 - 与配置及卸载路径对齐: 修改后激活路径与
VENDOR_PACKAGE_NAME/VENDOR_NAME的_ras后缀以及同页已带后缀的卸载路径统一，保证激活时能正确设置ASCEND_CUSTOM_OPP_PATH。 - 安装根目录约定保持不变: 仅调整
vendor目录名后缀，${install_path}等安装根目录约定维持原样。

描述
中英文 docs/*/install/compile.md 指导 source ${install_path}/vendors/${vendor_name}/bin/set_env.bash，但 cmake/variables.cmake 将 VENDOR_PACKAGE_NAME 设置为 ${VENDOR_NAME}_ras，cmake/package.cmake 把这个名字传给 npu_op_package 的 VENDOR_NAME。实际 vendor 目录带 _ras；同页卸载路径也已带该后缀。按激活说明会找不到脚本，ASCEND_CUSTOM_OPP_PATH 未配置。
将中英文激活命令中的 vendor 目录统一改为 ${vendor_name}_ras，保留原有安装根目录约定。

测试
对照实际 variables.cmake 的 VENDOR_PACKAGE_NAME、全部自定义安装目录和 pack_custom() 的 VENDOR_NAME 参数，确认统一为 *_ras。Host 临时目录按该布局创建示例 set_env.bash，原文 source 路径退出1（No such file），修复路径退出0并设置环境变量。仅模拟文件布局和激活命令，没有构建或安装算子包，未使用NPU。git diff --check 通过。 仓库适用 pre-commit hooks 与 diff --check 通过。
本地无 NPU，未执行设备测试；提交后评论
