全量默认 UT：bash build.sh -u 后 CTest 2/2 通过；OpAPI 29 个用例、公共 Host 3 个用例通过。
安装卸载没有残留文件和权限问题
文档更新
更新英文编译、安装、AI Core/AI CPU 开发、算子调用和仿真文档：统一为 ops-ras/AddExample 的真实包名、库名、命令和路径，修复错误相对链接，并删除本仓不存在的离线下载工具描述。
