本 PR 为构建配置更新，适配 dlog 头文件目录迁移，仅修改 cmake/modules/Finddlog.cmake 中 DLOG_HEAD_SEARCH_PATHS 的 CI 编译搜索路径：将 CI 场景下的 dlog 头文件搜索路径由旧的 ${TOP_DIR}/abl/slog/inc/toolchain 更新为 ${TOP_DIR}/runtime/src/dfx/log/inc/toolchain，以匹配迁移后的目录结构，避免 ops-ras 在 CI 编译时仍依赖旧路径。
主要改动
- 更新 CI 编译搜索路径: 在
DLOG_HEAD_SEARCH_PATHS中，将${TOP_DIR}/abl/slog/inc/toolchain替换为${TOP_DIR}/runtime/src/dfx/log/inc/toolchain，使 CI 编译从迁移后的 dlog 头文件目录查找。 - 保留 Ascend 安装目录查找路径: 继续保留
${ASCEND_DIR}/${SYSTEM_PREFIX}/include/toolchain与${ASCEND_DIR}/pkg_inc/base两个搜索路径，兼容现有安装包目录结构，未做改动。

描述
本次变更适配 dlog 头文件目录调整，更新
cmake/modules/Finddlog.cmake中DLOG_HEAD_SEARCH_PATHS的 CI 编译搜索路径。具体调整：
