bash build.sh --torch_extension编译的包在build_out下而不是dist中，文档的安装命令不对
目前torch_extension编译的custom包存在问题，先把文档新增的编译torch_extension的custom包的命令下掉

bash build.sh --torch_extension编译后包产生在build_out下
