问题描述

RopeQuantKvcache 的算子定义当前已配置 Ascend 910B、Kirin X90 和 Kirin 9030，但未声明 Ascend 950 AICore 配置。需要在算子定义中补充 Ascend 950，使该算子进入对应平台的构建与注册范围。

修改范围

仅修改：

posembedding/rope_quant_kvcache/op_host/rope_quant_kvcache_def.cpp

新增：

this->AICore().AddConfig("ascend950");

不涉及：

• op_kernel 实现。
• Div 精度模式。
• Golden 或精度比较标准。
• tiling 和算子接口。

验收标准

• 算子定义包含 Ascend 950 AICore 配置。
• PR 最终净 diff 不包含 kernel 和 Golden 修改。
