变更摘要

本 PR 为纯文档更新，旨在解决用户反馈的“设备查询结果不直接显示 910C 或 A3，难以选择配套 CANN Ops 包”问题。在 docs/zh/install/quick_install.md 的环境部署章节新增“确认设备型号与产品系列”小节，通过 npu-smi info 查询步骤与映射表，明确软件侧芯片型号、产品系列、CANN Ops 包选择与源码编译参数之间的对应关系；并在 docs/QUICKSTART.md 的 SoC 映射表后补充该识别指南的跳转链接，统一编译参数口径说明。

主要改动

• 新增设备型号确认章节：在手动搭建环境步骤前加入 npu-smi info 查询命令说明，提示设备型号、产品系列、安装包标识与源码编译参数命名不一致。
• 新增型号与安装包映射表：以表格给出 Ascend910B… 对应 Atlas A2（ascend910b）、Ascend910_93… 对应 Atlas A3 系列（常称 910C，ascend910_93）及对应的 CANN Ops 包选择，并说明 … 为子型号后缀而非命令参数。
• 明确 --soc 参数填写规则：强调不要仅凭名称中的“910”或末尾数字判断 A2/A3，也不要把“910C”直接作为本仓 --soc 参数；型号不明确时可通过 aclrtGetSocName 查询完整 SoC 名称，或向设备管理员提供查询输出及驱动、固件、CANN 版本核实。
• 补充 A3 选包与编译指引：说明确认 A3 设备后应选择与 Toolkit 版本配套、匹配当前 CPU 架构和操作系统的 A3 Ops 包，源码编译使用 --soc=ascend910_93，并链接至 compile.md。
• QUICKSTART.md 增加识别指南链接：在 SoC 映射表后插入指向 zh/install/quick_install.md#确认设备型号与产品系列 的相对链接，并重申 Atlas A3 对应 Ascend910_93…、编译参数统一为 --soc=ascend910_93。
