描述
SMLA A5 kernel侧代码实现，包含SWA、CFA、SCFA三种模式
更改softmax_lse参数从必选改为可选
实现oriKv与cmpKv的解耦
增加对cmpResidualKv的拦截
删除本地并适配公共common目录下的vf文件和common文件
适配smla的pytest
SWA和SCFA(CSA)模板的核间同步id bugfix
类成员裸指针变量全部替换成globalTensor
删除isS2Gather相关逻辑
删除冗余代码
