feat(ch16/phase0): add deps + deprecation banners + package docstrings Foundation for the Ch16 (Remote Control & Cloud Execution) port. * pyproject.toml: add websockets>=14.0 (asyncio API + additional_headers kwarg requires v14+) and httpx-sse>=0.4 for the CCR Bridge v2 SSE read transport. Add pytest-cov>=5.0 to dev deps for coverage DoD. Register pytest markers (integration, linux_only) and filterwarnings to suppress legacy DeprecationWarnings. * src/services/bridge/__init__.py + src/remote_runtime.py: add warnings.warn(DeprecationWarning(...)) at import time. The legacy stubs predate the CCR-named src/bridge/ + src/remote/ packages that follow; the warnings surface the migration. Existing tests keep working via the filterwarnings ignore. * src/{bridge,remote,server,upstreamproxy}/__init__.py: replace the bare placeholder docstrings with a CCR-subsystem docstring while PRESERVING the legacy ARCHIVE_NAME/MODULE_COUNT/SAMPLE_FILES/ PORTING_NOTE re-exports — tests/test_porting_workspace.py:73-79 consumes them via from src import bridge / bridge.MODULE_COUNT. * tests/{bridge,server,remote,upstreamproxy,transports}/__init__.py: empty package markers so pytest discovers the new test packages. * tests/bridge/test_phase0_deps.py: smoke-imports + asserts the websockets>=14.0 asyncio paths exist; verifies httpx_sse and transitive httpx. * tests/bridge/test_phase0_packages.py: asserts WI-0.4 backwards-compat (legacy MODULE_COUNT preserved) + WI-0.2/0.3 deprecation warnings fire at import time.
