hdac_ext_bus.c	ALSA: hda: Remove codec init and exit routines There are no users for snd_hdac_ext_bus_device_init() and snd_hdac_ext_bus_device_exit(). While at it, remove hdac_to_hda_priv() too for the exact same reason. hdac_ext_controller.c	ALSA: hda: hdac_ext_controller: remove useless loop commit 0b00a5615dc40 ("ALSA: hdac_ext: add hdac extended controller") introduced a for() loop on the number of HDaudio codecs that seems completely useless. a) the body of the loop does not make use of the loop index, and b) the LSDIID register is related to the SDI line, so there can only be one codec per multi-link descriptor. hdac_ext_stream.c	ALSA: hda: Allow for compress stream to hdac_ext_stream assignment Currently only PCM streams can enlist hdac_stream for their data transfer. Add cstream field to hdac_ext_stream to expose possibility of compress stream assignment in place of PCM one. Limited to HOST-type only as there no other users on the horizon.
