ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda-dsp: Skip IMR boot on ACE platforms in case of S3 suspend [ Upstream commit c61115b37ff964d63191dbf4a058f481daabdf57 ] SoCs with ACE architecture are tailored to use s2idle instead deep (S3) suspend state and the IMR content is lost when the system is forced to enter even to S3. When waking up from S3 state the IMR boot will fail as the content is lost. Set the skip_imr_boot flag to make sure that we don't try IMR in this case. ASoC: SOF: Intel: hda: make DSPless mode work with DSP disabled in BIOS When the DSP is disabled in the BIOS, the DSP_BAR and PP_BAR cannot be accessed. One possible objection noted in initial reviews is that this patch adds a number of branches. However the number of branches is actually limited in probe/suspend/resume routines mostly, so there isn't really a degradation in terms of readability and maintainability. Adding yet another level of abstraction/ops/callbacks would increase complexity and not really help in terms of code reuse or readability and maintainability. A split between controller and DSP driver would be even more invasive. ASoC: SOF: Intel: discard SoundWire configuration if HDaudio codec is reported mainline inclusion from mainline-v6.10-rc1 The machine driver and topology selection starts with I2S, then SoundWire and last uses HDaudio as a fallback. That assumes that the ACPI information is correct but there are of course exceptions to the rule. On a Lenovo platform, an external HDaudio codec is detected, but the ACPI tables expose TWO RT711 jack codecs. This patch skips the SoundWire selection in case an external HDaudio codec is detected - which only works with the additional assumption that no one will mix HDaudio and SoundWire. ASoC: SOF: Intel: discard SoundWire configuration if HDaudio codec is reported mainline inclusion from mainline-v6.10-rc1 The machine driver and topology selection starts with I2S, then SoundWire and last uses HDaudio as a fallback. That assumes that the ACPI information is correct but there are of course exceptions to the rule. On a Lenovo platform, an external HDaudio codec is detected, but the ACPI tables expose TWO RT711 jack codecs. This patch skips the SoundWire selection in case an external HDaudio codec is detected - which only works with the additional assumption that no one will mix HDaudio and SoundWire. ASoC: SOF: Intel: lnl: Correct rom_status_reg [ Upstream commit b852574c671a9983dd51c81582c8c5085f3dc382 ] ACE2 architecture changed the place where the ROM updates the status code from the shared SRAM window (and HFFLGP1QW0 in ACE1) to HFDSC register for the status and HFDEC (HFDSC + 4) for the error code. The rom_status_reg is not used on LNL because it was wrongly assigned based on older platform convention (SRAM window) and it was giving inconsistent readings. Add new header file for lnl specific register definitions.
