Installation Instructions

Install Lyx 2.3.5 or newer
Run the commands:

aclocal
autoconf
automake
./configure
make
make install

to generate manual.pdf. 

Alternatively you may load manual.lyx directly into Lyx and export
a pdf file (e.g. with PDF XeTex).
