feat: always mark enzymes requiring undetectable methylation (5mC/5hmC) as required MspJI, SgeI, FspEI, LpnPI and AbaSI require cytosine C5 modifications that the Dam/Dcm/EcoKI detection systems cannot verify, so they are now always flagged methylation_required with the generic "Methylation" source. feat: per-strand sequence text colors (model, GBK RLE storage, SnapGene 0x14 import) ProjectData gains textColorsTop/Bottom (0-based inclusive runs, default color elsewhere). GBK persists them on one carrier misc_feature via /libregene_textcolor_{top,bottom} qualifiers (1-based start..end:#hex runs, canonicalized on write: clamped, last-write-wins, sorted, merged; bottom strand is DNA-only).
