Add an checkcast bytecode to always reject the nullref. ### Tests `ninja all tests` All required pre-merge tests passed. Results are available in the internal CI. 构建 AbcKit:

./ark.py x64.release abckit_packages --gn-args="is_standard_system=true abckit_enable=true enable_cmc_gc=false"
# Windows 平台构建
./ark.py mingw_x86_64.release abckit_packages --gn-args="is_standard_system=true abckit_enable=true enable_cmc_gc=false"
# Mac 平台构建

生成 Doxygen 文档:
