sse.rs	fix(audit): render Responses API tool sessions correctly Bug 1: Responses API input items without a message role were all treated as user messages. This inflated audit role counts (for example User x100) and dropped tool/reasoning output details. Bug 2: streaming response accumulation only understood function_call. Codex-style custom_tool_call items therefore produced empty response_choices, causing the audit UI to fall back to raw SSE and render an empty body section. Fix: normalize message, function/custom tool call, tool output, reasoning, string input, and Responses text blocks; count roles by item type; accumulate custom_tool_call using its input as arguments; recover standard cards from legacy stream_segments; and hide the empty body section for tool-only responses.
