flake.nix: Enable testing JS on Nix The `flake.nix` dev shell provides the set of built binaries, which are not `rustup` compatible. This means that invocations such as `cargo +nightly` do not work. To allow for invocations from Nix, the `build.mjs` script allows for an optional `WASM_CARGO` to be supplied, which in turn is used by `flake.nix`.
