| fix: migrate Vault auth from AppRole to JWT/OIDC (#144) camunda/team-infrastructure#1076 is migrating all repos off Vault AppRole. These workflows use the plain VAULT_ROLE_ID/VAULT_SECRET_ID secrets and had permissions that could be safely extended, so this is a mechanical swap plus id-token: write on the affected jobs, and each touched action is pinned to its latest known SHA.
