boot_err.h	[boot] reorganize & clean up bootblocks, & fix some issues (#429) This commit makes several changes: * elks/elkscmd/bootblocks/ is moved up to its own sub- directory, elks/bootblocks/ . * <linuxmt/boot.h> is also moved up from the kernel subtree (elks/elks/include/) to elks/include/, so that the Minix and FAT filesystem bootloaders can use them. The various magic offsets into /linux are now also given names. * Both the Minix and FAT bootloader code have been reworked and fixed to avoid making read requests that cross DMA boundaries. * The Minix bootloader should now be able to load a /linux larger than 64 KiB.	6 年前
