docs: Herald-era refresh — bring the guide to Hermes v0.20.4 (2026.8.18) The guide previously targeted v0.18.2 (July 2026); this pass moves every part, artifact, and the top-level index to the current v0.20.4 "Herald" line, verified against the installed CLI (hermes --help) and the official docs tree.
