chore: add android build and deploy workflows and improve ios workflow (#3334) The following are the changes in the PR: - The android package name for sample app is changed to `io.getstream.reactnative.sampleapp` as it was `com.sampleapp` before. Doesn't make any sense. - Added lanes for android firebase build and upload. - Improved the ios lanes for tesflight build and upload. fix: orientation awareness in bottom sheet (#3711) ## 🎯 Goal Fixes [this GH issue](https://github.com/GetStream/stream-chat-react-native/issues/3706). Our bottom sheet, along with some of its more common was not orientation aware.
