| Miscellaneous CI script and build fixes (#692) - Use ARCH instead of PLATFORM for cpu type in Windows builds. - Fix an issue setting warning disables for basisu_comp.cpp. - Fix an issue setting FEATURE_TESTS in iOS and Linux build scripts. - Convert build_linux.sh to handle multi config builds. - Quiet the voluminous Maven output. - Remove unnecessary argument echoes. - Update Vulkan on Ubuntu install commands to latest. - Fix conditional that meant tests weren't running. - Get loadtests gl3loadtests and vkloadtests working on macOS & iOS with new install mechanism. - Fix build and install of loadtest apps to not use globbing for model and image files. This contains WIP to install the load test apps on Linux including .desktop file and icon. The install commands are commented out as they are not yet complete.
